With 20+ years in the kitchen behind me (and many more to come I hope!), it’s fair to say I’ve got a few recipes and notepads full of interesting ideas laying around. My aim is to build up a collection of my favourite recipes and dishes here, and to be able to give practical step by step lessons for some basic and more advanced techniques. Also I’ll be reviewing and recommending some of my favourite cookbooks and books that are just great to have about the kitchen!
